PFB is a Dubai-based brand. We distribute across the European Union from Spain through partnerships with local logistics companies — so EU customers receive their orders as fast as if we were a local brand.

Yes, within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact contact@pfbshop.com to start a return.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived defective or damaged. In that case we cover the cost.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Our fabric resistance bands (PowerBands and Elite MiniBands) are made of reinforced woven polyester with integrated elastic fibers. This combination delivers consistent resistance, durability and a non-slip grip — without the rolling, pinching or snapping common in latex bands.
