Where we ship

PFB is a Dubai-based brand. We distribute across the European Union from Spain through partnerships with local logistics companies — so you receive your order as fast as if we were a local brand.

Delivery times

• Spain and Portugal: 48-72 hours
• Rest of the EU: 3-6 business days

Shipping rates

Order tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation email when you place your order, and a tracking link as soon as it ships. If you don't see the tracking information, check your spam folder or email contact@pfbshop.com.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@pfbshop.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

↩️ Returns

14-day return policy

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• With all original tags

How to return

1. Email contact@pfbshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to our fulfillment center in Spain.
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Return shipping cost

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except when the product arrived defective or damaged, in which case we cover it.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, mini-bands and resistance bands that have been used cannot be returned unless defective.

Need a different resistance level? Contact us at contact@pfbshop.com and we'll help you exchange within the 14-day return window.
